Verruckt is very difficult and very tight so training won’t be easy and it will be difficult for beginning players. However, the “best” map is undoubtedly Der Reise for overall gameplay and a good time. The map is decently open but the mud also acts as a great practice tool for training. If you want to get good at training, I suggest Shi No Numa. WaW shi no numa has an unpatched glitch where zombie spawns are so minuscule in a round that high rounds are incredibly easy to achieve, it also includes the zip line, perks, and decent train spots (the log trap is also incredibly fun) shi no even includes some muddy terrain that slows down movement.
For this reason, it’s the best overall map from WaW. It’s the only WaW map to include pack a punch, a little Easter Egg, it has a camp spot, train spots, perks, and teleportation.
